Crispy, tangy, and downright irresistible. Our take on this Cantonese classic — known as Gu Lao Rou — brings golden fried pork tossed in a glossy sauce that balances sweet, sour and savoury in every bite.

Born in Guangdong and loved around the world, this dish is a true icon of Chinese cooking. Juicy pork, a hint of pineapple, and that perfect sticky glaze… it’s the sweet-and-sour style at its very best.
