We grew up around dumpling stalls and noodle shops where the air was thick with garlic, spice and laughter. Places where strangers became friends over a bowl of something steaming hot. That’s the spirit we wanted to bring here.
Behind Wok Manifesto is a team with over ten years of experience in the kitchen — years spent perfecting the balance of heat, flavour and craft. From fiery noodles to fluffy bao, every dish carries a little of that street-side energy, lifted by the skill of chefs who know their wok like a second heartbeat.

At the heart of it all is our Head Chef and co-founder, Joshy Jin. Trained in China and driven by a passion for authentic cooking, Joshy has spent more than ten years perfecting the art of wok-fired flavour.
