FAQs
How do I join the Wok Manifesto Crew?
You can join by scanning a QR code in-store or signing up here. Once registered, you’ll receive your digital Crew Pass by email, which can be added to Apple Wallet or Google Wallet.
How do I earn points?
You’ll earn 10 Crew Points for every £1 spent when you scan your Crew Pass in-store. Points can not be earned on delivery orders.
How do I redeem rewards?
Rewards can be redeemed in-store by scanning your Crew Pass before you order. Once a reward is redeemed, the corresponding points will be deducted from your balance automatically.
Do my points expire?
Yes. Points are valid for 365 days on a rolling basis from the date they are earned. Unused points will expire automatically after this period.
How do I check my points and rewards?
You can view your points balance, available rewards and tier status via your Wallet Pass or by logging into your Crew account portal at loyalty.wokmanifesto.com
What are Crew tiers and how do they work?
Crew tiers are based on the total points you’ve earned over time, not your current points balance.
As you move up tiers, you’ll unlock additional perks and benefits. Your tier will not reset when you redeem rewards.
When will I receive my birthday bonus points?
Your birthday reward of 500 Crew Points will be added to your account on the morning of your birthday, provided that:
You have filled in your date of birth
Birthday points are valid for 365 days from the date they are issued.
Please note that birthday rewards can only be issued once within any 365-day period, even if your date of birth is updated or changed.
Can I use my rewards with other offers or discounts?
Unless stated otherwise, rewards and vouchers cannot be combined with other promotions or discounts.
Can I update my personal details after signing up?
Some details can be updated via your account portal. For assistance, please send an email to: info@wokmanifesto.com.
What happens if I forget to scan my Crew Pass?
Points can only be awarded at the time of purchase. Unfortunately, we’re unable to add points retroactively.
Do I still receive emails if I opt out of marketing?
If you opt out of marketing communications, you may still receive essential service emails related to your Crew account, rewards or vouchers.
