A true Sichuan street food favourite, these crunchy batons of Chinese mooli radish are pickled in a bold Sichuan-style brine. The mix of chilli, vinegar, garlic and spices creates a flavour that is spicy, tangy and slightly sweet all at once.

Crisp and refreshing, this pickle is the perfect side dish — light yet addictive, designed to cut through rich flavours and keep your palate awake.
