About This DIsh

A staple of Korean cuisine and one of the world’s most famous fermented foods. Our kimchi is made with Chinese leaf, radish, chilli, garlic, ginger and onions, then naturally fermented to develop its bold, tangy flavour.

Crisp, spicy and full of character, it’s the perfect side to cut through rich dishes like rice bowls and noodles — or enjoyed on its own for a refreshing kick.

We freshly prepare our food in our kitchen every day. As we use a wide range of ingredients and shared cooking equipment, we cannot guarantee that any of our dishes are free from allergens, even if ingredients are removed on request.

Some of our dishes contain peanuts and other allergens. Whilst we take care in preparation, there is always a risk of cross-contact, so we cannot guarantee that any food served is completely free of nuts or other allergens.
