About This DIsh
A Cantonese classic with a modern twist. House-aged salted lemons, traditionally preserved with salt for months to develop their distinctive citrus flavour, are paired with freshly brewed black tea and served over ice for a refreshing balance of sweet, tangy and savoury notes.

We freshly prepare our food in our kitchen every day. As we use a wide range of ingredients and shared cooking equipment, we cannot guarantee that any of our dishes are free from allergens, even if ingredients are removed on request.
