Born on the streets of Chengdu, Dan Dan Noodles are one of Sichuan’s most iconic creations - bold, aromatic, and unapologetically addictive.
Traditionally sold from bamboo shoulder poles, this dish captures the soul of Sichuan: a perfect balance of heat, numbing spice, and deep umami.
Our version stays true to its roots - springy noodles tossed in a rich sesame and chilli sauce, layered with our house-made minced pork, pickled mustard greens, garlic, and crushed peanuts. A touch of Sichuan peppercorn adds that signature tingling kick, while coriander and spring onions lift everything with freshness.
It’s savoury, nutty, spicy, and utterly satisfying - a bowl that awakens every taste bud and keeps you coming back for more.
