A plant-based twist on the Taiwanese street food classic. Our bao is filled with golden, crispy fried mushrooms, then layered with pickled greens, crushed peanuts and fresh coriander. The fluffy bao bun balances the crunch and savoury depth with softness and warmth, creating a bite that is bold yet comforting.
Designed for vegetarians and street food lovers alike, this bao proves that authentic flavour doesn’t have to come from meat — it’s all about texture, seasoning and soul.

We freshly prepare our food in our kitchen every day. As we use a wide range of ingredients and shared cooking equipment, we cannot guarantee that any of our dishes are free from allergens, even if ingredients are removed on request.
