About This DIsh
Inspired by the street barbecue culture of Western China, this small plate is all about bold flavour and serious spice. The combination of fragrant cumin, fermented bean paste and roasted chillies creates a rich, complex taste that captures the essence of Chinese barbecue. Hot, punchy and seriously addictive.
