About This DIsh
A drink with centuries of history, smoked plum tea was once enjoyed within the imperial courts of China before becoming a cherished summer tradition throughout the country. Crafted from preserved plums, hawthorn, orange peel, liquorice and fragrant flowers, it delivers a distinctive sweet-and-sour profile with remarkable depth and complexity. Served over ice, it is a refreshing taste of Chinese heritage, perfect alongside bold and spicy dishes.
