About This DIsh
A refreshing blend of East and West, combining the sweet tropical flavour of lychee with the elegant floral character of elderflower. Fresh lime, hibiscus and mint add layers of brightness and aroma, while sparkling spring water keeps it light and crisp. Delicate, vibrant and beautifully refreshing, it’s the perfect companion to bold flavours or a warm summer day.
