A beloved classic from Northern China, Braised Pork Belly has long been enjoyed at family gatherings and festive tables.

At Wok Manifesto, premium pork belly is slowly braised with soy sauce and fragrant Chinese aromatics until the meat becomes tender and succulent, with fat that melts on the tongue while remaining beautifully balanced.

The result is a rich, comforting dish with deep savoury character — perfect alongside fluffy bao buns, steamed rice, or simply enjoyed on its own.
