About This DIsh
Inspired by Chinese street food, this dish takes crisp youtiao (Chinese dough sticks) and stuffs them with juicy minced prawns. Fried to a golden crunch, the rolls are then drizzled with our signature fruity sauce and a touch of silky dairy sauce. Pineapple adds a refreshing lift, balancing the rich umami of the prawns with bright, tropical sweetness.
Crispy on the outside and tender within, it’s a small plate layered with savoury, sweet and fruity flavours — bold, playful, and impossible to resist.
