About This DIsh
Our steamed rice is made with premium grains from North East China, one of the world’s three great black soil regions. This land is rich in calcium and potassium, with long sunny days and cool nights that bring out the natural sweetness and full-bodied flavour of every grain.
Fluffy, fragrant and perfectly textured, this rice is the ideal partner to our bold street food dishes — simple, honest, and essential at any Chinese table.
Allergens
We freshly prepare our food in our kitchen every day. As we use a wide range of ingredients and shared cooking equipment, we cannot guarantee that any of our dishes are free from allergens, even if ingredients are removed on request.
Some of our dishes contain peanuts and other allergens. Whilst we take care in preparation, there is always a risk of cross-contact, so we cannot guarantee that any food served is completely free of nuts or other allergens.
Our vegan dishes are made to vegan recipes, but are not suitable for those with milk or egg allergies due to the risk of cross-contact.
