At Wok Manifesto, we stay true to tradition using premium pork neck, marinated with a blend of aromatics and Sichuan peppercorns for that signature numbing fragrance. Lightly coated and fried to golden perfection, each piece offers crispness on the outside and melt-in-your-mouth succulence on the inside.
