Tender chicken pieces are slow-cooked in a rich sauce made with three types of fermented soybean paste, creating a perfectly balanced aroma. Stewed with mushrooms and peppers, it gains extra layers of umami and richness. Infused with soy sauce and Shaoxing wine, the savoury sauce soaks into the chicken, making every bite truly satisfying.
